I'm Pamela Snyder, a Kentucky REALTOR® licensed since 2003 and a proud Georgetown local. Having grown up around renovations and construction, I bring a unique perspective to real estate. I understand the difference between cosmetic updates and structural concerns, helping clients make informed decisions and better understand a property's true value. I also offer a concierge-level experience through a trusted network of lenders, attorneys, contractors, and other professionals, including resources for seniors who wish to safely age in place.
